Pricing
RazorSync pricing: cheapest at two users and at seven, and the eighth login costs $244
Solo is $90/mo for two users, Team $225 for seven and Pro $499 for fifteen — $85, $195 and $439 on annual billing. What each band includes, the real annual discount on each, and the headcounts where RazorSync beats Jobber and Housecall Pro.
RazorSync sells bands of two, seven and fifteen users at $85, $195 and $439 a month on annual billing. That makes it the cheapest published option at exactly two users and at seven — and one of the dearest at eight, where the next login costs $244 a month. QuickBooks sync starts on Team, route optimisation on Pro, and the annual discount on Solo is 5.6%, not the 15% the FAQ promises.
RazorSync prices by band rather than by seat. Up to two users is one price, up to seven another, up to fifteen a third, and above that you talk to sales. Band pricing is good news inside a band and bad news at its edge, and RazorSync’s edges are steeper than most.
Every figure below was read from razorsync.com/pricing on 24 October 2026.
The four plans
| Plan | Users | Monthly | Annual billing | Real annual discount |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | Up to 2 | $90/mo | $85/mo | 5.6% |
| Team | Up to 7 | $225/mo | $195/mo | 13.3% |
| Pro | Up to 15 | $499/mo | $439/mo | 12.0% |
| Enterprise | Unlimited | Quoted | Quoted | — |
The FAQ says: “you’ll receive a 15% discount off of the monthly package rates when you pay annually.” None of the published prices deliver 15%. Solo comes closest to not discounting at all — $90 to $85 — and Team and Pro land at 13% and 12%. Budget from the prices on the page, not from the sentence above them.
What each band includes:
- Solo — RazorSync’s standard feature set: dispatch, job tracking and scheduling, recurring scheduling, estimating and invoicing, card payments and card-on-file billing, a customer portal, time cards and payroll, GPS mapping and driving directions, photo and signature capture, work orders, SMS and email notifications, management reports, an API, implementation and onboarding, and 1-on-1 training.
- Team — adds QuickBooks Desktop and Online sync, and advanced reporting and notifications.
- Pro — adds route optimisation, inventory management and templates.
- Enterprise — unlimited users and training, quoted.
The trial runs for two weeks on the full Enterprise feature set, so what you evaluate is more than any published plan includes.
Where the bands help and where they hurt
Annual billing, cheapest published plan at each headcount:
| Users | RazorSync | Jobber | Housecall Pro |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $85 · Solo | $29 · Core | $59 · Basic |
| 2 | $85 · Solo | $128 · Connect | $149 · Essentials |
| 3 | $195 · Team | $149 · Connect | $149 · Essentials |
| 5 | $195 · Team | $149 · Connect | $149 · Essentials |
| 7 | $195 · Team | $207 · Connect | $299 · Max |
| 8 | $439 · Pro | $229 · Connect | $299 · Max |
| 10 | $439 · Pro | $229 · Connect | $369 · Max + 2 |
| 15 | $439 · Pro | $299 · Connect | $544 · Max + 7 |
RazorSync is the cheapest published option at exactly two users and at exactly seven. It is the dearest of the three from three to five users and from eight to eleven. At twelve users Pro ties Housecall Pro at $439, and above that its flat price undercuts Housecall Pro’s $35 seats — though never Jobber’s bands.
The edges are the story. The third login costs $110 a month on annual billing ($135 monthly), the step from Solo to Team. The eighth costs $244 ($274 monthly), the step from Team to Pro. A seven-person shop that hires one more person adds almost $3,000 a year to its software bill.
So the honest rule: RazorSync fits a shop that is two people and staying two, or six to seven people and not about to become eight. Anywhere else, a per-seat or smaller-band product costs less.
The two-user case has a catch
Solo at $85 a month is the cheapest published price for two logins — but QuickBooks sync is a Team feature. If your books live in QuickBooks, a two-person shop is really choosing between RazorSync Team at $195, Housecall Pro Essentials at $149 and Jobber Connect at $128, all on annual billing, and both of the others include QuickBooks Online sync at that price.
If you invoice from RazorSync and do not use QuickBooks, Solo is a genuinely low price for two people.
What the pricing page does not say
The card processing rate. Card payments are a standard feature; the rate is not published. Get it in writing and compare it with your current processor, including terminal and gateway fees.
Route optimisation is a $439 feature. GPS mapping and driving directions come with every plan, but optimising the order of a day’s stops is a Pro feature. If routing is the reason you are shopping, price Pro, not Team.
Enterprise pricing. Sixteen users and up is quoted.
Where RazorSync is the wrong buy
- Three to five people. Team at $195 is $46 a month more than Jobber Connect or Housecall Pro Essentials for the same headcount.
- Seven people planning to hire. The eighth login costs $244 a month.
- Two people who use QuickBooks. Solo does not sync with it.
How to buy it
- Count your logins and look at the band edge, not just the band. If you are at seven, price the eighth before you sign.
- Use the two-week trial on the plan you will buy. The trial unlocks Enterprise features; check which ones your work depends on.
- Get the card rate in writing.
- Compare annual against monthly on the page, not against the 15% claim. Annual saves $60 a year on Solo, $360 on Team and $720 on Pro.
