Housecall Pro plans, as published.
$59/mo gets you Basic, 1 user, billed annually. That is the number in the advert — the ones that decide your bill are seats, contract length and what sits above the entry tier.
Each tier carries a fixed seat allowance, and only Max sells seats beyond it. On annual billing the second login costs $90 a month — the step from Basic to Essentials — and the sixth costs $150, the step to Max.
The full analysis: Housecall Pro pricing: $59 buys one login, and the second one costs $90 — every headcount costed, with the arithmetic shown.

Who it fits
A two-to-five-person residential shop that will use routes, GPS tracking and flat-rate pricing. Essentials carries all three and five logins for $149/mo on annual billing.
What the pricing page doesn't say
No add-on seat is listed below Max. A sixth login moves a shop from $149 to $299 a month on annual billing — $150 for one person — and the pricing page offers no cheaper way through that step.
Contract and trial terms
| Contract | Monthly or annual |

| Prices published | Yes, on the vendor's site |

| Bank / ACH | 1% |
| On processing | The page says "as low as 2.59%" — a floor, not a schedule. Ask for the rate that applies to your volume in writing. |
