Pricing
Jobber pricing: $29 is one person on annual prepaid. Here is what a team pays
Core is $49/mo month-to-month, $39 on a 1-year commitment and $29 annual prepaid — for one user. A team moves to Connect: $139/mo for one user plus $29 per extra, or bands of 5, 10 and 15. The cost at every headcount, on every billing option.
One person: Core, $29/mo annual or $49 month-to-month. Two people: Connect at $128/mo annual. Three to five: the five-user band, $149/mo annual. Six to fifteen: a band plus $29 users, $178–$299/mo annual. Grow costs $50–$100 a month more than Connect at the same headcount. And the 1-year-commitment monthly option is a twelve-month contract that saves about half what annual prepaid does.
Jobber’s pricing page title says “Plans Starting at $29/Month”. That is true, and it describes one person on annual prepaid billing. Month-to-month the same plan is $49, a second login is not sold on it at all, and the plans above it are priced in team-size bands with an add-on user price printed on every card.
None of that is hidden. It is spread across a team-size selector, a three-way billing toggle and four plans, which is why most summaries of Jobber pricing get one of the numbers wrong. Every figure below was read from getjobber.com/pricing on 24 October 2026.
The four plans, three ways to pay
| Plan | Users | No commitment | 1-year commitment | Annual prepaid |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | 1 | $49/mo | $39/mo | $29/mo |
| Connect | 1 | $139/mo | $119/mo | $99/mo |
| Connect | 5 | $199/mo | $169/mo | $149/mo |
| Connect | 10 | $299/mo | $259/mo | $229/mo |
| Connect | 15 | $399/mo | $339/mo | $299/mo |
| Grow | 1 | $199/mo | $169/mo | $149/mo |
| Grow | 5 | $299/mo | $259/mo | $229/mo |
| Grow | 10 | $399/mo | $349/mo | $299/mo |
| Grow | 15 | $499/mo | $429/mo | $399/mo |
| Plus | 5 | $499/mo | $439/mo | $399/mo |
| Plus | 10 | $599/mo | $499/mo | $449/mo |
| Plus | 15 | $699/mo | $599/mo | $529/mo |
Every plan card carries the same line: “Add users for $29/mo each.” Core is sold for one person only — set the team size to 2–5 and the Core column turns into “Let’s chat.” Teams of 16 or more get the same treatment on every plan, so there is no published price above fifteen users.
What each plan adds, as the page lists it:
- Core — book and schedule jobs online, send quotes, send invoices and take online payments, a website, built-in reporting, and the app marketplace.
- Connect — automated client reminders, automatic payment collection, job checklists, automated quote and invoice follow-ups, QuickBooks Online sync, and time and expense tracking.
- Grow — quotes with rich visuals and reviews, optional line items for upsells, automatic time tracking, job costing, two-way SMS and custom workflow automations.
- Plus — unlimited job photos and video, crew scheduling and team @mentions, automated expense capture with profitability alerts, custom reports, Pipeline, Marketing Suite, an AI receptionist, dedicated onboarding and Premium Support. Plus is sold through sales.
Until 30 October the page is also running introductory prices under a “Save up to 40%” banner — annual Core at $21 a month for the first twelve months, for example. They are real discounts, but the renewal price is the one in the table.
The three ways to pay are three different contracts
The billing toggle is not just a discount slider. In Jobber’s own FAQ:
- No commitment — “you can cancel at any time. Your subscription will end at the end of your current billing period.”
- 1-year commitment, billed monthly — “a 12-month minimum term … If you cancel during the year, your subscription will remain active and you’ll continue to be billed monthly until the end of the 12-month term.”
- Annual prepaid — billed for the full term up front; “your initial payment is non-refundable.”
And for all three: “All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the current term unless set to non-renew.”
Now look at what each one saves against no-commitment pricing:
| Plan | 1-year commitment saves | Annual prepaid saves |
|---|---|---|
| Core, 1 user | 20% | 41% |
| Connect, 1 user | 14% | 29% |
| Connect, 5 users | 15% | 25% |
| Connect, 10 users | 13% | 23% |
| Connect, 15 users | 15% | 25% |
The 1-year commitment gets you roughly half the annual discount and all of the annual commitment. If you are sure enough to sign for twelve months, annual prepaid is the better deal. If you are not sure, no-commitment monthly is. The middle option is rarely the right one.
What a team actually pays
The cheapest published route to each headcount on Connect, Jobber’s cheapest plan for more than one person. The $29 add-on is used wherever it beats the next band.
| Users | Annual prepaid | No commitment | Per login, annual |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $29 · Core | $49 · Core | $29.00 |
| 2 | $128 · Connect 1 + 1 | $168 · Connect 1 + 1 | $64.00 |
| 3 | $149 · 5-user band | $197 · Connect 1 + 2 | $49.67 |
| 5 | $149 · 5-user band | $199 · 5-user band | $29.80 |
| 6 | $178 · 5-band + 1 | $228 · 5-band + 1 | $29.67 |
| 8 | $229 · 10-user band | $286 · 5-band + 3 | $28.63 |
| 10 | $229 · 10-user band | $299 · 10-user band | $22.90 |
| 12 | $287 · 10-band + 2 | $357 · 10-band + 2 | $23.92 |
| 15 | $299 · 15-user band | $399 · 15-user band | $19.93 |
Three things in that table do the work.
The most expensive login is the second one. Going from one person to two moves you off Core entirely: $29 to $128 a month on annual billing, $49 to $168 on monthly. No later hire costs as much.
Bands reward exactly five, ten and fifteen. Between bands you pay $29 a person until the next band is cheaper — on annual billing that happens at three users (the five-user band beats one plus two) and at eight (the ten-user band beats five plus three).
Per-login cost keeps falling. From $64 at two users to under $20 at fifteen. Jobber’s pricing is built to be cheap for a sole trader and cheap per head for a crew, and comparatively dear for the two-to-four-person shop in between.
One caveat: Jobber prints the $29 add-on without a billing qualifier, so the table applies it at $29 on every option. If you are buying annual, confirm the add-on rate during the trial.
Connect or Grow
At the same headcount, Grow costs $50 a month more than Connect for one user on annual billing, $80 more at five, $70 at ten and $100 at fifteen. What that buys is listed above; two items carry most of the value.
Job costing matters if you quote fixed prices. Knowing which jobs lost money is the difference between a price increase and a guess.
Optional line items let a customer tick an add-on on the quote. On a replacement install, one accepted add-on a month pays for the upgrade.
If neither describes how you sell, Connect is the plan. Note that Jobber’s 14-day trial runs on Grow, so the version you evaluate has features you may not buy. Before day ten, check that nothing you have come to rely on is Grow-only.
The line that dwarfs the subscription
Jobber publishes its payment rates, and they are the same on every plan: 2.9% + 30¢ per online card payment, 2.7% + 30¢ for Tap to Pay in person, 1% on bank (ACH) payments, and an extra 1% for instant payouts.
On $30,000 a month of card payments across 40 invoices, that is $870 plus $12 — $882 a month, roughly six times the subscription of a five-person shop. Housecall Pro publishes a floor of 2.59%; the Jobber vs Housecall Pro comparison works out where that gap outweighs Jobber’s cheaper seats.
Where Jobber is the wrong buy
- Three to five people, heavy card volume, no plans to grow. Housecall Pro Essentials costs the same $149 a month on annual billing for five users and publishes a lower card rate.
- A budget-first crew that needs scheduling and invoicing. Kickserv’s Start plan covers five users for $60 a month. See Kickserv pricing.
- Two people on Core. It is not sold. The cheapest published route to two logins is $128 a month on annual billing.
How to buy it
- Count everyone who logs in during a normal week, including the owner on a phone and the bookkeeper at month end.
- Find your row in the headcount table. If you are at two or three, check whether the band is cheaper than adding users.
- Run the trial on live jobs, and remember it is Grow you are trialling.
- Start on no-commitment monthly. Move to annual prepaid once the product has survived a busy season. Skip the 1-year-commitment monthly option unless you have a reason.
- Put the renewal date in a calendar with a 30-day reminder. Every option auto-renews.
